Owner Agreement

I, _________________________________________________, hereby certify that my dog,

___________________________________________________, is in good health and has not been ill with any communicable disease in the last 30 days. I further certify that my dog has not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior (biting, fighting, etc.) towards any person or any other dog. I have attached written verification from my veterinarian to this page indicating that my dog has up-to-date vaccinations. I have read and understand the following:

I understand that I am solely responsible for any injury incurred by my dog or any damages caused by my dog while it is attending Romp N’ Run Ranch.

I further understand and agree that in admitting my dog to Romp N’ Run Ranch, Romp N’ Run has relied on my representations that my dog is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog.

I further understand and agree that Romp N’ Run Ranch and its staff will not be liable for any illness, disease, or any other adverse condition that may develop provided that reasonable care and precautions are followed, and I hereby release Romp N’ Run Ranch and its staff from any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from my dog’s attendance and participation at Romp N’ Run Ranch.

I further understand and agree that any illness, disease, or other adverse condition that develops with my dog will be treated as deemed appropriate by the staff at Romp N’ Run Ranch, in their sole discretion, and I will assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved.

I certify that I have read and understand the policies of Romp N’ Run Ranch as set forth on the preceding pages and that I have read and understand this agreement. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations and accept all terms, conditions, and statements of this agreement.
